Conditions for Affiliate Cooperation

Abuse

AdriaHost won’t tolerate any attempts of abuse of our affiliate programme. In the event of established abuse, AdriaHost will not make any referral credit and will suspend the abused affiliate account immediately.

Information

If an affiliate provides false or incomplete information to AdriaHost in terms of identity, address or other required information, AdriaHost reserves the right to suspend the affiliate account without making any payment towards referral credit.

First Referral Credit

AdriaHost will pay the first referral credit or the affiliates profit within 60 days after receiving the first paid order made by an affiliate. AdriaHost needs this time to verify the authencity of the affiliate order. This also protects from eventual abuses, false orders or other forms of abuse.

Spam Advertising

Using spam for advertising AdriaHost and its services is strictly prohibited. Sending bulk e-mails, IRC posts or any other form of spamming will lead to immediate suspension of the affiliate account.

PPC Advertising

Affiliate is fully liable for advertising AdriaHost and for all the materials appearing on the site he/she advertises for AdriaHost.

Affiliate receives prepared banners from AdriaHost and is not allowed to make any changes to the same.

We will not tolerate any form of deceptions of users, vague or insufficiently elaborated advertisements.

Using pop-ups in advertising AdriaHost is strictly prohibited. You can bid on PPC networks for keywords related to AdriaHost for direct traffic toward AdriaHost, but names AdriaHost, adriahost.net, Adria Host, www.adriahost.net cannot be used.

Eventually you can bid for phrase which included some of mentioned names, but as AdriaHost offer, AdriaHost hosting, etc.

When adjusting the ad in PPC campaign, it is prohibited to display URL www.adriahost.net or adriahost.net.

Objective of these guidelines is to preserve the integrity of AdriaHost brand and reputation. We don’t want affiliates or any third party representing as AdriaHost to cause confusion calling in for legal action against us.

Ordering

Ordering of hosting from affiliate’s account (or account of his/her company or organization) will be invalid. All orders executed from your affiliate link are automatically calculated.  Orders are considered valid only if they are made from a non-affiliate account.

Confidential information

By starting cooperation with AdriaHost, an affiliate is obliged to preserve image of Stronghold, as well as adriahost.net brand. All information and materials given to affiliate in any form (e-mail, telephone, offer, materials, conversations and similar) are treated as confidential during cooperation and a year upon termination (in the event of terminating cooperation).
