What do I actually get for my money?

First of all, we will register your domain as you wish. You will get unlimited hosting for a year. We will install WordPress CMS for you, implement topic as you wish, install and configure set of plug-ins which are verified as reliable and the best for your purposes. Then, we will open an e-mail, put your company information on the site, arrange appearance of the site (header, footer, sidebar), insert images and text that you send us (5 pages).


But I need more than 5 pages?

No problem, we will post them. This service is additionally charged and it is provided by our professional support.

What information do you need to post WizzPress for me?

When you pay pro-forma invoice that you receive from us, you will be contacted by our colleagues from Sales Department so you could give them information we need for creating a site. Some of the information are: your personal information, information about your company, company logo (if any), description of your business, your telephone/fax number and similar, text and images (you or your company, products or business premises, description of your products or services and similar.).



Can I send images and text afterwards?

Yes, but we will not start posting a site until we receive all necessary elements. For being able to maintain this low price of service it is very important to have good organization and we cannot allow breach of process of site creation.


Can I transfer my site to other hosting?

Yes. You can transfer your site at any moment anywhere you want. Keep in mind that in this case you will lose unlimited hosting and you will be limited by parameters of other hosting company. If you don’t know how to do it, we will do it for you (additionally paid service). The hosting must satisfy elementary needs for installing WordPress.


Can I pay for service of posting WizzPress to other hosting and how much it costs?

Yes. Price is the same. You will give us parameters of your hosting and we will post WizzPress on your hosting. The hosting must satisfy elementary needs for installing WordPress.



What exactly includes support that you offer?

We provide service of installing and adapting WordPress to your needs. We will configure WordPress and plug-ins in a way that you can immediately start business. We will post topic, arrange site appearance and post text and images. After we give you site for usage, you take it over and it is your responsibility to maintain its health – its operation. When you take over the site, after that you get free support for hosting. – After taking over of the site, free support refers to maintenance of your hosting package.



Will I know how to proceed on my own?

WordPress is created in way that you can independently add new articles (text and images) and maintain the site with elementary knowledge of the Internet. Hence, it is not necessary for you to be an expert or programmer to maintain the site. If you experience any problems and you need assistance, you have Professional Support at your disposal.


And what if I ruin something or delete it?

As long as you have hosting with us, you have free support for hosting of your site. We back up your site once a week and in case you ruin something we will restore it from archives free-of-charge. You can ask us to activate you an option of daily back up of your site (price of service – 15€ one-time fee). If you have any problem with hosting we will provide you free support; if you have any problem with the site you can use our “Professional support”.


And what is Professional Support?

It is paid support. If you have any issues with the site, our support team will assist you. Price is 60€/hour, with minimal price of 15€ per intervention.



What are examples of Professional Support?

WordPress enables you to modify contents and perform elementary functions of the site yourself without excessive professional knowledge.

Still, sometimes you need professional assistance because you don’t want to program but do what you normally do, and this is the vest solution for you.

- There is a new version of WordPress and you don’t know how to upgrade; we will do it for you.
- You saw interesting plug-in and you have troubles installing it; we will do it for you.
- Hackers inserted you a virus and you don’t want to restore entire contents from archives because you added new things in the meanwhile. We will try to help you.
- You want to modify header or change data and you don’t know how, we will do it.
- You have new images and want to post special gallery and you don’t know how, we are here.
- You want to send a newsletter to 8,000 e-mails of your users, no problem we will send it for you.


How can I activate Professional Support?

It is enough to explain your problem using a ticket. Our Sales Department will contact you and give you estimated price for solution of your problem.


Are there any services or extras that are additionally charged?

Yes. Our solution is configurable and created to accompany your business which means that you can change the site over time and add functions you need. Here are some of the most frequent add-ins:
1. Special design – if you don’t like any of offered topics or you want to modify any of them – no problem. Give us example of the site you like and we will create a special design for you. Prices is 299€ – one-time fee.
2. Issuing bills, pro-forma invoices and records of clients – special add-in customize for business in Serbia. You create a bill from the site and send it to your clients. Price is 89$ – one-time fee. Price includes customize of the bill to your current.
3. Sending newsletter – you want to send notifications to your users so they could login and logout from the site. Price is 49$ – one-time fee.
4. Web shop – you want to send products or services from your site and to have credit card payment. Price is 299$ – one-time fee.
5. Adding new pages – if you want, after completion of the site we can add pages you want. Price is 40$ – one-time fee for 5 pages.
6. Professional support – you need any sort of support and you don’t want to deal with programming or hire your programmers. No problem, we are here. Price is 60$/hour, minimal price per intervention is 15$.


Is this my domain now?

Yes. Domain is completely owned by you, and you can send request for change of DNS encryption at any time.


Do you sell WordPress?

No. WordPress is protected by GPL license and as such cannot be sold. We sell a hosting and service of posting and adapting WordPress to your needs, as accompanying support for hosting.


Do you sell themes for WordPress?

No. Themes cannot be bought separately. Our offer includes several design topics and they are also encompassed by GPL license. Some of them are free for download from the Internet, and as such can be used for commercial purposes, whilst for other topics, developer license needs to be paid. In both cases, you receive a topic as comprising part of WizzPress.


Is there a chance to suspend my site?

Yes, if you breach conditions of using hosting package or if you fail to settle payments for our services, the site will be suspended.


I don’t want to use your design topics; I would like to have different design?

No problem, creating customized design is included in Professional Support – price of service is 299$.


I would like to upgrade the site to new version of WordPress?

WordPress includes options to personally make update, however we cannot guarantee operation of all plug-ins and topics after update. I want you to install a plug-in for me?

No problem. You can request installation of plug-in from our Professional support, which is additionally charged.


What if hacker crashes my site or I get a virus?

Your site will have regular back up, which we can restore within 30 minutes. The second option is to clear pages containing malicious scripts, without restoring the site from back up, which is included in Professional support at an additional charge.


How long does it take to go Live for a site that I order?

It usually takes about 24 hours after you submit us all necessary material. If you already have your domain that you want to redirect toward the site we create for you, it is necessary to change DNS settings, which will take another 24 hours.


Do you offer support for site you created?

Our package includes necessary accompanying documentation as well as selection of the best WordPress tutorials. Each topic coming with WizzPress is supported by a system of topic provider. You can get assistance within Professional support by all means. We will reply to your question within two business days upon receiving it.

If you request Professional support, we will investigate and correct all functional problems related to topics and plug-ins you received from us.

We are not responsible for topics and plug-ins you received and installed on your own. Upgrade, further modification as well as conflicts between plug-ins outside of this installation are also not our liability. Remember that our package comes with a guarantee that your money will be returned within 15 days after site’s completion, in case you are not satisfied.


Can I change a theme if I want to?

Of course, theme of your choice will be posted on your site, but all other themes that we offer at the time you ordered the site come in WizzPress package. You can replace a topic at any time with other of your preference from the package. All themes in our offer can be seen on our page with WizzPress theme.


Can you post a topic which is not showed here?

We try to have the best topics from renowned providers of WordPress topics in our offer. We receive new topics each month; we carefully select and check them so we could offer you the utmost quality. However, if none of offered topics is satisfactory for you, you can contact us and will find a way to install the topic you want.


What does this guarantee that my money will be returned means?

Each our package has a guarantee that you money will be returned to you within 15 days after the site’s been completed and given to you. If you don’t like your new site, call us or send an e-mail within 15 days; your site will be automatically deactivated and the money you paid for creation of the site will be fully returned.

Note: If you have also registered a domain, we will deduct fee for domain registration from the amount you paid before refund.
