We provide FREE assistance within each hosting package. If you need support exceeding your hosting limits, by telephone or e-mail, you can request for additional support with us.

Additional Support Prices: Fixed price of 60$ per hour with (Minimum 15 min.). You pay at the end of month based on services you used. If you didn’t use support during the months, you don’t pay anything.

Due to high demand from our clients, we now provide professional support on website design, development and any transition help you may need. Companies often pay a designer/developer to create a site who leaves after the job is finished. However, you may require small changes to your address or telephone number, introduction of new services and other modifications which becomes a problem in case the designer is unavailable.

We assist you in making those additional changes and keeping your website up-to-date.
